Corsair H80i V2 Software

The Hydro Series H100i v2 is an extreme performance, all-in-one liquid CPU cooler for cases with 240mm radiator mounts. The 240mm radiator and dual SP120L PWM fans provide the excellent heat dissipation you need for highly overclocked CPUs. CORSAIR iCUE is built in, so you can monitor temperatures, adjust cooling performance and customize LED lighting directly from your desktop.

The double-wide radiator offers approximately twice the cooling area of our Hydro Series coolers which use a 120mm or 140mm radiator. It fits virtually any case that has dual 120mm fan mounts spaced for a 240mm radiator.

Oct 27, 2012  Corsair Link Dashboard V2 Software Update (Version 2.2.0) Updated 11/21/12 Updated Corsair Link Dashboard software is available. This build address's some functionality with the new H80i/H100i Hydro Series units as well as some small UI tweaks aimed at ease of use. Version 2.2.0.

Our custom-designed SP120L fans are different than standard case fans – they’re custom-designed to deliver high static pressure for mounting directly against radiators, and the fan blades are specially shaped for maximum air delivery with minimum noise. Since they’re PWM controlled, you can customize the fan speed to choose the optimal point on the performance/noise curve.

Attach the included CORSAIR iCUE cable to a USB header on your motherboard and download the free CORSAIR iCUE software to unlock even more power. You can customize cooling performance, monitor coolant and CPU temperatures, and change the color of the RGB LED lighting from the default white to match your system, or to change color based on temperature readings and other inputs.

Gone are the days when watercooling required lots of work. The H100i v2 is a closed loop design that comes pre-filled, and it comes with a modular, tool-free mounting bracket for faster installation.

Corsair Hydro Series CPU coolers give you the power of liquid cooling in a compact, easy-to-install package. They offer superior cooling for higher overclocking performance, without the complexity of traditional water cooling kits.

CORSAIR iCUE software brings your system to life with dynamic synchronized RGB lighting, customizable fan speeds to silence fans and advanced system monitoring.

Socket 2011 Hydro Series CPU Cooler Mounting Guide

The new Intel® Socket 2011, used on the new X79 motherboards and the new 2nd generation Intel Core Sandy Bridge-E CPUs, has changed significantly from Socket 1366. As you can see below there are no longer the traditional holes through the PCB. There is now a metal bracket that has been tapped to accept M4 screws. Because of this the Corsair

Hydro Series H70, H80 and H100 CPU coolers all come with separate screws to mount on Socket 2011 boards.

Hydro Series H80 and H100

Included with the H80 and H100 are four standoffs that have a shorter wider end. These are for socket 2011, the shorter end screws into the metal mounting plate on the motherboard.
Install all four of the standoffs as shown below.
After installing and tightening down all four standoffs, the CPU cooler is ready to be installed.
Next the thumb nuts are installed. Tighten these in an X pattern to ensure the pressure is even, resulting in a good mount on the CPU.

Hydro Series H70 Core

The H70 Core uses the same bracket for socket 1155, 1156, 1366, and 2011. Again socket 2011 uses larger M4 screws and does not need the backplate. Make sure all of the holes on the retention ring are towards the outside (as seen below). Then install the M4 screws through these holes.
The retention ring should then be put on the H70 Core. The H70 Core cooling unit and retention ring can then be installed on the motherboard. The M4 screws will screw right into the mounting holes on the motherboard. Again tighten these in an X pattern to ensure the pressure is even resulting in a good mount on the CPU.

It gives you an instant summary of how your system is performing, and you can monitor the temperature of your components and program Corsair Link to automatically adjust cooling to meet your demands without even opening your case.

There are five main panels in Corsair Link: System, Groups, Graph, Power (AXi or HXi only), and Options.

Importante Note: The latest version of Corsair Link is 4.9.9.3. However, many user have reported problems with the newer versions of this program. For this reason we have as a the main download Corsair Link 4.6.0.86, which is the last known version without issues. You can scroll down for other versions on our server.

System Panel

Corsair Hydro H80i V2 Software

The System panel provides an overview of the components inside your computer, including any Corsair Link-capable hardware connected and also temperatures for most major components (CPU, graphics card(s), and drives), CPU activity, and graphics card fan speeds. The icons are moveable so you can drag and drop them around the image to simulate the component placement in your build. The background images provided are of Corsair case products and can be changed to a custom image that reflects your system.

Fan Control

By clicking on a fan in the Corsair Link System panel, you can choose a variety of pre-programmed modes as well as configure a custom fan speed curve that maps to activity in a pre-defined Group. For example, front intake fans can be configured to increase in speed depending on GPU temperatures, or exhaust fans can be set to spin faster if a thermal sensor inside the case reads too high a temperature.

RGB LED Control

Corsair Link RGB LED strips attached to Corsair Link Mini or Lighting Nodes, H80i and H100i coolers, and the Dominator Airflow Platinum can all have their RGB LEDs configured to any number of colors. You can also configure lighting to change depending on a specific temperature defined by group, or just cycle colors. For example, if your CPU is running hot, you can set the lighting in your H80i to gradually change from blue to red.

Groups

The Groups panel allows you to assign fans and LEDs to different internal temperature readouts. This provides the reference for temperature-dependent fan curves or RGB LED settings.

Graph

The Graph tab allows you to choose and graph temperatures and fan speeds being monitored by Corsair Link in real time. You can choose any of the temperature inputs or fans to be graphed.

Power

The Power tab appears in Corsair Link only if you have an AXi or HXi Series power supply installed and connected to either an internal USB header, a Corsair Link Commander, a H80i/H100i, or a Commander Mini through the Corsair Link Digital connection. In this tab, you can monitor your power supply’s consumption, efficiency, load, temperature, and fan speed. You can also enable or disable Over-Current Protection, and in the AXi Series, configure the cutoff points for that protection. You can also configure the fan speed to run 100% of the time by selecting a specific PWM % for the fan. The minimum is 40% and will be overridden by the PSU if the temperature inside the PSU gets too hot under higher loads or temperatures.

Options

Multiple tabs within the Options panel allow you to configure Corsair Link, set up e-mail alerts, update the firmware of select Corsair Link hardware, and even log any number of variables being monitored and/or controlled by the software.
