This is only usefull if it is going to cost more than 1000 at the healer. First un equip all equipment than kick the guard till he blows his wistle, than let them kill you. It will say recovery cost 1000. You can also take this time to level up striker style. This does not work 100% of the time because sometimes it will say offer half your funds to stay alive. I found that it works the majority of the time.

Meet and achieve all the crucial story events. This includes dealing with Marcia, defeating Narcissus, and completing the fight with Commodus. On day 48, Marcia informs you of Commodus' offer to train with him. First answer with refusal. When asked the second time, grudgingly accept the offer.

After you travel to the Atilius Arena there should be an area in the front with weapons pick as many as you can up store them in the box. Repeat this process until all weapons are in the box. If another gladiator picks one up follow him he will eventually put his weapon down. After all weapons are in box go to upgrade place, go to box in there and sell everything!
